 The Masala Puri is the most popular Chats(snack) of Bangalore in Karnataka, India. It's the most flavourful hot sizzling snack which can be had with hot Tea or Coffee or Cold Juice drinks. The flavour comes from whole spices and Dry Green Peas. The seasoning of chopped Red Onion, Tomato, Cilantro and crushed Gola Puris, Sev Ricepuffs, Chat Masala, Lemon are added on top for mixing when ready to savour.

This Chats(snack) has become popular in recent times since probably 10+ yrs as a street food specifically in Cartwheels but it found its way to Restaurant Menu and become a part of snack ritual in Households being made regularly. As in India no snack is complete without Tea or Coffee in the seasons of regions where a bit breeze or rain or cold weather is on the radar. As the weather in Banglore is Moderate with Heavy Monsoon Season we enjoy hot savourings. Even this snack can be enjoyed as a comfort food in the mood swings times as well as for foodie tummy's.

There are some more of the popular Chats(snack) found in Banglore named Bajji Masalas with variety of veggies Green Chilli, Capsicum(Green Pepper), Potato, Raw Banana, Eggplant, Boiled Egg, Bondas, and of course the traditional stuffings of Bisi Bele Bath(BBB) butter topped Idlis, Dosas, Chutneys, sambar which are had as breakfast, lunch or dinner anytime of the day or night.

If you have never experienced these flavours then pack up for a road trip, flight trip, or train trip to the Desitination Banglore, highly recommend an Train trip if you are from outside of the Silicon Valley City. But for the "Namma Bengaluru" folks hop on your ride and eat around. Enjoy Savouries around the city. The most beloved eateries of this savouring is in locations Jayanagar 1st block, Jayanagar 4th block, Indiranagar, Malleshwaram, BTM Layout, Banshankari.

This was an amazing moment for me. My most awaited place to visit. It's about an hour and half away from the place I live, 76 miles. It's the most beautiful Architectural Wonder I have seen in USA. But due to COVID-19 we were not allowed inside, so the tour was only the exteriors. There were ice formations around the property which were spectacular as Spring is approaching and temperatures warmer hiking around the elevations was refreshing and enjoyable. I will make another trip here in Fall to absorb the colorful beauty of the property. It's just a very cherishable trip and die for views. Gratitude to Architect Sir Frank Lyold Wright, my inspiration and learning which paved my way to minimalist and sustainable perspective of ordinary life.
